Welcome. Your Nura starts today.

Watch this one-minute welcome, then do step 1 before anything else. It's the moment you'll want to compare against in six weeks.

Your first three steps

1. 1
Take your Day 1 Brain Assessment (15 minutes)

Before you set anything up, see how much your AI knows about you today. In week 6 you'll take the exact same test for your Unleashed Score and watch the number climb.
2. 2
Install your Nura (about 20 minutes)

Module 1 walks you through it, screen by screen.
3. 3
Block one hour this week for Build My Brain

Put it in your calendar now. Your AI interviews you and builds your brain as you answer.
